Smoothie / pops trilogy by Emilie Murmure
Our boys love to help us make smoothies. It's a great way to incorporate fruits or vegetables into their diet that they wouldn't have necessarily agreed to taste otherwise. In collaboration with Émilie Murmure, we are happy to present 3 recipes for colorful and vitamin-packed smoothies. To transform them into delicious pops, simply pour them into molds and chill them in the freezer for a minimum of 12 hours.
MONSTER GREEN
1 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 cup of frozen mango (or pineapple)
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
plant-based milk
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
FRUIT EXLOSION
1 cup of berries
1 pitted date
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
plant-based milk
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.
CHOCOLATEY
1 banana (or avocado)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 cups of oat milk
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
