Raspberry energy balls by Émilie Murmure
Energy balls are one of our favorite recipes to cook with toddlers. These ones from Émilie Murmure are both nutritious and fun to make.
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Serving: about 15 balls
INGREDIENTS
1 cup quick oats
1 cup pureed dates
¾ cup puffed rice cereal
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoon chopped sunflower seeds
Dried raspberries (optional)
STEPS
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into 15 balls, pressing well with your hands.
3. Store in an airtight container. Balls can be frozen.
